An established and chartered wealth management firm is seeking a Client Manager to join their supportive team. This role is central to ensuring the delivery of excellent client service and supporting advisers in maintaining the highest standards of compliance, accuracy, and professionalism.
The successful candidate will be client-focused, detail-oriented, and confident liaising with providers, advisers, and clients.
Key Responsibilities

Act as a first point of contact for clients and providers, ensuring a professional and courteous service at all times.

Support advisers in delivering the firm’s client service proposition.

Maintain compliant and accurate client files in line with FCA regulations and internal policies.

Ensure all client communications, tasks, and updates are handled efficiently and within required timescales.

Adhere to compliance procedures including new business and client review processes, training & competency, complaints handling, financial crime prevention, AML, data protection, and record keeping.

Keep up to date with relevant regulatory, technical, and product changes.
Requirements

Previous experience in financial services or wealth management preferred.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
