We’re partnering with a growing financial planning business that’s creating a brand-new leadership position within their advice function. They’re now seeking an Adviser Development Manager to take ownership of a team of 8 advisers (6 of whom are self-employed).

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong people management experience to make a real impact in shaping adviser performance, development, and culture.

  • Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

  • Leading on training and development initiatives, with involvement across T&C and L&D.

  • Acting as the key point of contact for adviser performance and business standards.

About you:

  • Proven management experience – you must have led and developed people, ideally advisers or within a regulated environment.

  • Background as a Financial Adviser with exposure to T&C or L&D would be highly beneficial.

  • Level 4 qualified (minimum).

  • Solid experience in a management or leadership role.

  • Strong coaching style with the ability to drive performance and inspire growth.

What’s on offer:
