Are you an experienced commercial insurance professional looking to join a well-established, independent brokerage with a strong reputation in the market?

We’re working with a respected firm in the North East that’s looking to add a Commercial Account Handler to their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a varied book of SME to mid-market clients, providing a high level of service and supporting Account Executives on new and existing business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing commercial client accounts and handling renewals

• Preparing quotes, MTAs, and policy documentation

• Liaising with insurers to secure the best terms

• Supporting Account Executives with client servicing and new business

• Ensuring compliance and accurate record keeping

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience handling a range of commercial lines (Property, Liability, Motor, etc.)

• Strong communication and client service skills

• Organised, proactive, and confident managing workloads

• Cert CII qualification (or working towards) is desirable
