Rotherham based broker is looking for a personal lines Account Handler to join their team. Here you will be responsible for processing renewal cases effectively and achieving high levels of customer service and retention rates.
On offer:
- Salary £23- 27k depending on experience
Experience and background requirements:
- Personal lines insurance experience within a broking or underwriting role
- Acturis experience would be beneficial but not essential
- Able to handle a case load of approx. 60 cases per month
- Good organisation skills and attention to detail
