4 Essential areas to cover when writing a CV aimed at attaining a new job as an Insurance Broker

The submission of your CV is the starting point to any Job application, so how do you make yours stand out? How do you impress on paper? And how do you get passed the Company gatekeeper?

I wouldn’t suggest neon font and glamorous headshots, however a CV that offered refined content engaging the reader in your job history, career direction and skillset. With this information you would aim to impress, as well as demonstrate your strong professional career experience, knowledge and a consistent level of confidence in your employment history.

CV’s should be kept simple, the information should be quick and easily readable, as well as short and concise in the relaying of information to any Hiring Manager or CV gate keeper (Usually a non-hiring manager selected to sift through applications looking for key words).

Remember, writing your CV will take time, however, this is definitely time well spent, as the better your CV the better your chances of securing your desired job.
