We’re looking for new staff

It has been an exciting start to 2016 at Heat Recruitment and already we have seen a number of changes.

In Q1 we have had the pleasure of watching our consultants grow and achieve their career aspirations with the promotion of 3 staff into Managerial roles, 2 to Senior Recruitment Consultants and 5 to Recruitment Consultant level having successfully graduated our 6-month training academy.  Additionally, we currently have 9 members of staff going through our Management development programme who will become a valuable part of the future leadership team at Heat Recruitment.

So far this year we have seen a significant increase in the number of jobs in the market across all our specialist divisions: Insurance, Legal, Accountancy, IT and FS.  Over the 1stquarter we have also managed to help more businesses recruit and more candidates find their next career move than in any previous year.

Due to this success we are looking to hire a number of Consultants into the business across all our divisions from Trainee up to Senior Recruitment Consultant level.

We are proud of our staff and their achievements so far in 2016.  It is always great to reward our hardworking members of staff for the 50 – 60 hour weeks (sometimes more) and the effort they put in to finding our clients the perfect candidates.

So far this year we have taken 10 of our top performers from 2015, Skiing in Morzine and we have run a number of performance based incentives to ensure that our clients always receive an exceptional service.

As a business one of the biggest achievements so far was being selected as proud winners of an Employee Engagement Award, which was a fantastic way to say thank you for the efforts of our staff in successfully rebranding the business.
