Our Heat Heroes for November 2022

Introducing our Heat Heroes for November 2022.

As we head towards the close of the year, we will be focusing in December on who our Heat Heroes for the duration of the year have been. But, ahead of that, we still have our final 3 Heat Heroes for November to announce. These 3 have been nominated by their colleagues based on their team spirit, commitment to embodying our core values, and their ability to go above and beyond to make a positive impact on life at Heat.

So, without further ado, our Heroes for this month are…

3rd Place – Joanna Dunsby

This individual has been nominated as she has had a great start to her Heat career: she’s positive, hard-working and gets things done! In just 2 months since she started she is making a great impact, is building an amazing network and providing excellent service. She’s a hero for her brilliant attitude and outlook in life.

Well done to our 3rd place Heat Hero, HR Consultant Joanna Dunsby.

2nd Place – Nathan Tanner

This is not the first time this individual has scooped a Heat Hero award, and with good reason: he works hard, is a major team player who always puts himself forward to get involved in initiatives outside of recruitment, such as projects and raising money for charity. This month, he wanted to give his Christmas money away to charity, so he used this money to pack and donate 8 boxes to the Samaritan Shoebox Appeal. He really embodies Heat values, and always helps out others.

Congratulations to our 2nd place Heat Hero, Legal Consultant Nathan Tanner.

1st Place – Ebony Plumridge

Our winner for this month has only been with the business for a short time, but she hit the ground running and has already more than proved herself: she works hard, is positive, communicates well and quickly builds good partnerships. She does her best to help or find a solution if she can’t directly do it, and totally encapsulates all the qualities of an individual that we look for at Heat: hard-working, team player, taking pride in her work and is a fun and upbeat person. She has slotted straight into her team, and many of her nominations have described her as ‘a great addition’.

Congratulations to our Heat Hero for November, Ebony Plumridge!
