As we enter the new month, we are thrilled to be rewarding 3 individuals within the business who have received nominations in July due to their determination to go above and beyond and make the daily lives of their colleagues that bit better.
So, without further ado, we’re proud to introduce our July Heat Heroes…
Runner Up: Robyn Evans
This person has been described as someone who ‘has gone above and beyond these past two months and shown real her perseverance in her market.’ She also ‘goes above and beyond for her candidates and practices integrity, partnership and excellence in her everyday.’ Robyn is ‘a friendly face in the office, very cooperative, and always keen to learn and improve.’

Runner Up: Ryan Plummer
Our next runner-up for July is someone who ‘is always happy to answer any questions, takes the time to make sure that you understand and is always happy to take time out of his day to speak with you or go through plan of action if struggling.’ And, ‘even if he has a lot going on himself, he will take time to give his advice, answer any questions, and help you fully understand.’

July Winner: Ben Cass
Our winner for July had the most nominations, and for good reason. Not only was he promoted to Executive this month, he has also had an incredible month performance wise. His colleagues also had this to say:
