Loads of ambition but no experience…how about a career in Recruitment?!

It’s been another action-packed year at Heat Recruitment, with so many new additions with plenty of ambition arriving as they embark on a new, wild and wonderful career in recruitment.  Having started the year with 47, we now have over 70 employees, but let’s be clear – the mission is far from complete, we need more talented and ambitious people to join our quest!

Perhaps one of the biggest highlights of the year has been seeing so many Trainee’s graduate through our 6-month Trainee Development Programme.  This comprehensive induction program is designed to give each person all the tools they need to become a successful recruiter, and is focused towards graduates or those with some commercial experience – but are looking to get more out of their professional career.

The training at Heat has provided me with the knowledge and confidence I needed to help me in my new position  as a recruitment consultant. As part of our commitment to developing our recruiters to be the best they can become, training doesn’t just stop after the 4 week induction.  Everyone has ongoing access to an internal training team and a mentor, in addition to receiving training from a selection of industry recognised external trainers.  The Training courses delivered are tailored for individuals at different levels, all the way through to a leadership development program for our Managing Consultants.
