We are pleased to announce our Heat Heroes for March, as well as our first Heat Champion of the year.
At the end of quarter presentation, we announced and celebrated our Heat Heroes for March, and crowned our first-ever Heat Champion. The ‘Heat Champion’ is a new award for 2023, which is designed to reward a standout individual who has displayed hard work, a team-first attitude and growth-mindset for the entire quarter.
Runner-up: Sophia Khan
Sophia started with Heat in January of this year, and since then she has been absolutely relentless. Sophia has been out meeting with her clients at an astounding rate, and is consistently hitting her targets week in week out. Her colleagues have said that “it wont be long until the resilience pays off.”

Runner up: Jake McNally
Our next runner up has been described as a highly consistent individual who works incredibly hard, has a great attitude, and is always happy to lend a hand. He shows a genuine interest in how everyone else in the business is doing. Is always there to listen to others problems and gives sound advice on how to solve them, and is a great representation of Heat.

Heat Hero: Ffion Watts
Our Heat Hero for March was nominated because, over the last few months, she has demonstrated “strong resilience,” a “great attitude”, and is “an excellent example for future Associates to follow.” She’s highly dedicated and her hard work and trust in the process is now paying off.

Heat Champion: Jemma Smith
Our Heat Champion for Q1 has been selected for this award as she has been consistently nominated every single month and has had a standout quarter. She’s been more determined than ever to have a massive 2023, has demonstrated consistency and resilience, and has made the results happen rather than waiting for them to happen. She is a generally fun person to be around and is finally starting to see the rewards for all her hard work.
