We now stand at just over 50 employees (with much improved offices!) with aspirations to increase headcount to 80+ by the end of 2018.  This will position Heat Recruitment as one of the Bristol’s (and the UK’s!) largest independent specialist recruitment companies.

2017 saw us undertake a number of initiatives with Bristol based charities to include:

Hosted our annual Charity Golf Day in association with Bristol based Charity Fairshare, the UK’s largest charity fighting hunger and food waste. This was heavily promoted through Social Media and had 70 attendees for the day, mainly Bristol/South West based businesses within the Professional Services market.

We successfully placed 664 people into new opportunities last year, 182 of which were placed within Bristol/South West based businesses.

Replacing the traditional Secret Santa office gift, with a “buy a child a gift” scheme with another Bristol based Children’s charity.
