Heat Heroes for October 2022

Introducing our Heat Heroes for October 2022.

“This is getting harder and harder to decide upon, with over 50 nominations submitted this month!  Some of the explanations behind the nominations are incredible to read, and I am so proud of some of the things so many of you are doing that sometimes appear to go unseen. This is exactly why we started the Heat Heroes initiative.

So, without further ado, our Heroes for this month are…

3rd Place – Emma Latchem

This individual has been nominated as, not only does she continually embody all of Heat’s values, she has adapted to her new role as a manager and done an ‘incredible job’ of her getting her Associates up to speed and off the ground in a short space of time.

Well done to our 3rd place Heat Hero, Emma Latchem.

2nd Place – Ellie Marshall

This individual has had an unbelievable month and absolutely smashed it, setting the tone for the entire business with her achievements. Not only is she excelling on her own desk, she also has 4 associates under her care who she is helping to develop alongside performing at a high level herself. She also gave up her time to develop a great lunch and learn session this month.

Congratulations to our 2nd place Heat Hero, Ellie Marshall.

1st Place – Kate Grant

Our winner for this month has had a wealth of nominations across the months. She has been described as ‘positive, open-minded and easy to work with’, ‘a joy to speak with’, and an all-around ‘legend’. She has also been praised and nominated due to her embodiment and championing of the Heat culture and values in Manchester, her involvement of the remote teams and getting stuck into charity work and initiatives. All of this has added to make Heat feel more inclusive and united as a team.

Congratulations to our Heat Hero for October, Kate Grant!
