Announced at our Summer Party company presentation, we are proud to reveal our Heat Heroes for June 2022. Read their nominations below.
3RD PLACE
Our 3rd place runner-up was nominated not only for being an all-round great colleague who is supportive, helpful and quick to give advice, but primarily for the great act of kindness he showed in gathering up the leftover food from our Q2 party and donating it to the homeless.

2ND PLACE
Our 2nd place runner-up has been recently promoted to manager and has been described as encouraging and engaging, and has been able to quickly adapt to managing and supporting trainees whilst also smashing her personal targets and managing her desk.

1ST PLACE
Finally, and with an overwhelming number of nominations, our Heat Hero for June is the first ever Associate Consultant to win the award! He has been described as relentless, resilient, and full of energy. His colleagues have described him as embracing Heat culture, and he’s had a brilliant start to his career at Heat.
