Our end of quarter presentation saw the awarding of our Heat Heroes for June, as well as our Heat Champion for the quarter…
Our first June runner-up…
This individual is continuously thinking of new ways to support consultants in their roles and makes himself available to help, all while working across different projects and juggling each of them.
He actively puts forward ideas for improvement within the business for the greater good; he’s always working with purpose and has good determination to get things done, and he genuinely wants to see people succeed.

Our next runner up for June…
This individual has embraced and embodied all of the values of our business, has seen serious success within June/July in particular, and is guiding her team to achieve some very strong results. She ran a great lunch and learn and, quite simply, when she speaks people always listen.
Not only is she one of our runners up for June, she is also celebrating her recent promotion to Senior Managing Consultant.

This individual has been awarded the most runner-ups for the Heat Hero award, but this month he has finally been selected as our winner! Described by his colleagues as ‘one of the hardest working and nicest people I know inside and outside of work’, ‘his attention to detail, resilience and determination is something to be admired,’ ‘he brings laughter and fun and everyone is so happy when he’s in the office!’
