We’re pleased to announce our Heat Heroes for August 2022
Notably, and for the first time, all of our winners for this month have been in the business for a year or less, having joined the business at trainee level. All 3 were selected because they embody what it means to show resilience and determination as trainees. For this reason, it was impossible to select one clear stand-out winner, so we have decided to award a joint first-place award to all 3.
So, in no particular order…
Ella Rayson
Ella’s colleagues have described her as ‘hardworking, and a positive ray of sunshine to work with.’ She has recently dealt with a number of difficult offers and counteroffers but got them through with no complaints; she seems to have had a ‘light bulb moment’ and continues to push herself to get better. She has had excellent feedback from clients from the service she has provided them, she is always smiling, and she is well on her way to becoming a high-performing consultant. She demonstrates all of our core values and is a real success story within our company.
Mel Healy
Mel was nominated because, having joined only in March of this year, she’s shown great resilience so far at Heat, has had to pick herself up after dropouts, trust the process, and kept the momentum going. This has led to an awesome month for her at work, and she seems so much more confident in herself and believing in herself. She goes out of her way to be really welcoming to new people and the trainees in particular, is always a friendly face around the office, and definitely embodies our values at Heat.
Nathan Tanner
Nathan has been described as ‘an absolute pleasure to be around who works so hard’, with a ‘fantastic work ethic’, ‘an excellent role model’, and always stays positive even when things don’t go his way: ‘I’ve learned a lot from Nathan in regard to how to stay positive and move forwards in difficult situations.’ He always has time to speak if you need help, is friendly and positive, and produces amazing results. He is consistently hard-working, puts the hours in, and is becoming a trusted partner and a really valued member of the team.
A huge congratulations to all of our winners for this month and a thank you to everyone at Heat for all of your many nominations. We will be celebrating our next set of Heat Heroes at the end of September, so watch this space!
