Heat Heroes for April 2022
We’re excited to announce our Heat Heroes for April 2022, as voted by their colleagues here at Heat: these are individuals who have gone above and beyond to improve life at Heat and have demonstrated our core values in their interactions and work with colleagues, candidates, and clients.
3rd Place
Our 3rd place Heat Hero has really embraced their new role as Managing Consultant: they are always there to help people out, to lead and inspire. They are hardworking and demonstrate passion & integrity and a growth mindset. Well done to our 3rd place runner-up Lucy Warman!
2nd Place
Our 2nd place runner up is always happy to throw themself in at the deep end and get stuck in. They’ve already made a really positive contribution to the Heat Culture in such a short period of time, and this is backed up by numerous glowing feedback reports from our trainees. Congratulations to our 2nd place Heat Hero Nathan Garland!
1st Place
Our winner and Heat Hero for April 2022 has shown that resilience is the game: it’s a marathon, not a sprint and our winner has shown this in bundles this month. With contractors dropping out, she persevered, she didn’t let her head drop, she got her head down, worked tirelessly, and smashed it, embodying what is to be a Heat employee: positive, hardworking, fun, and striving for excellence. A huge well done to our Heat Hero for April, Jemma Smith!
A huge congratulations and a thank you to all of our winners for going above and beyond to make Heat a brilliant place to work and for setting the bar so high. We will be celebrating our next set of Heat Heroes at the end of May, watch this space!
