Overview:
We are seeking an organised and proactive IFA Administrator to support Financial Advisers in delivering high-quality financial planning services. The role involves managing new and existing business, liaising with clients and providers, and ensuring all documentation and processes are compliant and accurate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing new business applications across pensions, investments, and protection

  • Preparing documentation for client meetings, including valuations and review packs

  • Submitting applications and monitoring cases through to completion

  • Liaising with providers, platforms, and third parties to obtain information and updates

  • Managing Letters of Authority and chasing outstanding information

  • Updating and maintaining accurate records on the back-office/CRM system

  • Supporting advisers with annual reviews and ongoing servicing

  • Handling client queries via phone and email in a professional manner

  • Ensuring all work is compliant with FCA regulations and internal procedures

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience within an IFA or financial planning environment

  • Knowledge of pensions, investments, ISAs, and protection products

  • Familiarity with CRM/back-office systems (e.g., Intelliflo, XPLAN, IO, etc.)

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines

  • Excellent communication and client service skills
