A superb family run Waste Management business with a great presence in the Merseyside area is looking to hire a Sales Administrator/ Sales Analyst.
This role could progress into a more senior administrative role or a field based BDM role, depending on your preference as the company continues to grow. Salary £26,500 – £28,500k plus bonus/commission to £33,000 and benefits.
Remit:
Support the commercial team with administrative tasks, carry out data analysis and produce reports for the Sales team – identify trends in data. Make calls to recently acquired clients to book in their onboarding process and explain each step of the contract roll out. Handle any queries they may have around this process.
Provide timely updates to management on client on boarding processes, and anticipate any issues that may arise and aim to avoid these through regular client communication.
Issuing quotes to new clients following on from BDM meetings securing orders.
Administrative reports on Excel, word etc.
You will need to be highly organised, have great attention to detail and accuracy, good communication skills, be able to multi task in a very fast paced office.
Ideal candidates will be: great team players, have an excellent telephone manner in order to cement client relationships, and also have good experience of using microsoft packages and be IT Literate.
This role is mostly office based in Liverpool, near the city centre.
