About the Role:
We are seeking an organised and motivated IFA Administrator to join our financial planning team. You will provide essential administrative support to advisers, ensuring clients receive a smooth, efficient, and compliant service. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain client records, reports, and correspondence

Process client instructions across pensions, investments, ISAs, and protection products

Support advisers with fact finds, suitability reports, and client meetings

Ensure all documentation complies with regulatory and internal standards

Liaise with clients, providers, and internal stakeholders to support smooth operations

Assist with general office administration and team workflow management
Requirements:

Previous experience in financial services administration, ideally within an IFA or advisory environment

Knowledge of pensions, investments, and protection is an advantage

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to prioritise tasks and work under deadlines

IT proficient, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
