Paraplanner – Hybrid (2–3 days office)
Salary up to £45,000 + bonus & benefits
An established and highly respected financial planning firm is looking to add an experienced Paraplanner or Senior Paraplanner to its growing technical team.
Working closely with advisers and client support teams, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, compliant financial advice across a broad client base.
The Role:

Conduct detailed research and analysis of client financial arrangements

Undertake investment portfolio and asset allocation analysis

Prepare investment, pension and protection illustrations
-
Write clear, accurate suitability reports and service documentation
-
Support annual client reviews and ongoing servicing

Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures
The Ideal Candidate:
-
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a paraplanning role
-
R0 exams completed or in progress, working towards Level 4 Diploma
-
Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments and protection
-
Excellent attention to detail and report-writing skills
-
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
