The Opportunity

Due to continued growth within the Financial Planning team, the firm is seeking a motivated and technically strong Paraplanner to join their Leeds office, supporting advisers and contributing to high?quality client outcomes. 

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed research to support advisers across a wide range of financial planning areas. 
• Produce compliant, personalised suitability reports. 
• Manage and process new business applications. 
• Provide feedback to advisers to improve the quality of fact?finding and advice. 
• Support advisers and assistants with technical development where appropriate. 
• Maintain and continuously develop personal technical knowledge. 

About You

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (minimum). 
• Strong paraplanning experience (5+ years desirable but not essential). 
• Understanding of COBS, COCON and FCA SYSC requirements. 
• Broader awareness of accountancy disciplines such as audit, tax and corporate finance. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Able to work effectively in a fast?paced environment and collaborate well within a team

Salary & Benefits

• Up to £45,000, depending on experience.
