We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join our Financial Planning Support Hub. The role focuses on end-to-end administration to support client review meetings, including preparation of review packs, post-review reporting, information gathering, and ongoing client administration.
This position would suit someone with prior experience in Financial Services administration who is looking for a fresh opportunity within a supportive and growing wealth management firm. Flexible working arrangements are available to support personal commitments.

What’s needed for me to be considered?
- Prior Financial planning experience
- Effective communication, both written and verbal
- Comfortable on the phone and using Excel
