About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated Junior Paraplanner to join our Hove office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is part-qualified or looking to progress their career in financial planning. You’ll work closely with our advisers, supporting the delivery of high-quality advice and helping clients achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing financial plans, reports, and suitability letters
- Gather and analyse client information including income, assets, and liabilities
- Use financial planning software to model scenarios and projections
- Research financial products and investment opportunities
- Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Support advisers in delivering exceptional client service
What We’re Looking For:
- Working towards or keen to start CII Level 4 Diploma (full support provided)
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good understanding of financial planning principles (investments, pensions, tax)
- IT proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook; experience with back-office systems a plus)
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
