An established, chartered independent insurance brokerage in North West London is looking to hire an Account Director to join their senior leadership team.
This is a flexible, high-impact role and would suit either:
?? A highly capable Senior Account Handler ready to step up
?? An Account Executive / Director with new business capability
The role:

Manage and develop a team of 7–9 (or 5 if more junior)

Work across Commercial & Property business

Handle complex client relationships and key renewals
