Paraplanner – up to £45,000 – Liverpool 

A respected financial advisory firm is seeking a Client Manager / Paraplanner to join their team. This role provides critical support to advisers, the Operations Manager, and the Compliance Team, ensuring client strategies, plans, and products are implemented efficiently and compliantly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support advisers in research and analysis to meet client objectives.

• Prepare client suitability and cash flow reports.

• Maintain business workflows and manage client review processes.

• Research financial products to support recommendations.

• Compile financial planning recommendations and suitability reports.

• Liaise with product providers and third parties to meet client requirements.

• Act as a point of contact for client queries, ensuring a high-quality client experience.

• Assist in implementing and maintaining the Personal Finance Portal (PFP) via Intelliflo.

• Identify improvements to systems and work processes.

• Support advisers in client meetings and help manage business targets.

Requirements:

• Previous paraplanning or financial services experience.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficient in financial planning software such as Intelliflo.

• Understanding of compliance and regulatory standards.

• Team player able to support colleagues and cover when required.
