About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Paraplanner to join our growing financial planning team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced paraplanner looking to take on a more senior role, providing technical support to financial advisers and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and produce technically accurate financial planning reports, including pensions, investments, and retirement planning.

Provide high-quality paraplanning support to financial advisers.

Ensure all client documentation is compliant with regulatory requirements, including KYC and AML checks.

Mentor and support junior paraplanners, helping them develop their skills and confidence.

Liaise with clients and advisers to ensure smooth advisory operations and follow-ups.

Keep up to date with industry developments, regulations, and best practices.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Paraplanner, ideally in a senior capacity.

Strong knowledge of financial planning, pensions, investments, and regulatory requirements.

Excellent attention to detail and technical accuracy.

Ability to mentor and support junior team members.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Relevant qualifications (e.g., DipPFS, AF3, or equivalent).
