Hours: Mon–Thu 8:30–5, Fri 8:30–3

The Role
This role provides essential administrative support to Advisers, the Managing Director and the wider team. You’ll help keep client records accurate, ensure meeting notes are completed, and play a key part in the smooth running of the client review process. It’s a great opportunity for someone organised, detail-driven and looking to build a career within financial services.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and update client meeting notes via SOFI AI and produce review letters.

Maintain CRM/Salesforce records and ensure all client information is accurate.

Support Advisers with admin tasks, workflow management and documentation.

General office duties including scanning, filing, printing, post handling and occasional phone cover.

Chase outstanding information and assist the team with day-to-day support tasks.
About You

Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills and a professional, friendly manner.

Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Able to manage your workload independently and work well within a small team.

Financial services experience helpful but not essential — full training provided.
