Client Administrator – Financial Services
Salary: Up to £28,500, dependent on experience & qualifications
About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and organised Client Administrator to join a growing financial services team. You will provide essential administrative support to advisers and the practice manager, ensuring clients receive a seamless service.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage client-related admin including review letters and correspondence

Maintain CRM records and support client contact strategy

Prepare client meeting packs, new business forms, and trust documentation

Handle ongoing administrative tasks such as withdrawals, fund switches, and bereavement cases

Assist with other administrative functions as required in a small, collaborative team
About You:

Previous financial services administration experience

Highly organised, with attention to detail and strong communication skills

Fully office-based and within commutable distance of WA12 9UY

Flexible, team-oriented, and keen to contribute to a growing business
