The Role
You’ll play a key role in supporting advisers by producing high-quality, compliant financial planning reports and recommendations. The role offers autonomy, variety, and the chance to work closely with advisers who truly value paraplanning as a profession.
Key Responsibilities

Preparing suitability reports across pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning

Conducting product and fund research

Liaising with advisers to shape client recommendations

Ensuring all work meets FCA and compliance standards

Supporting the end-to-end financial planning process
About You
-
Previous experience in a paraplanning role within an IFA environment

Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail

Diploma qualified (or working towards) preferred

Confident producing clear, client-friendly reports

Someone who enjoys being part of a collaborative, family-orientated team
