Our client, a highly respected Independent Financial Adviser practice based in Marlow, is seeking a talented IFA Administrator to join their fast-paced and collaborative team.

About the Role
You’ll play a key role in supporting advisers and paraplanners within a pod structure (1 adviser, 1 paraplanner, 1 admin), giving you exposure to complex client cases and a broad range of responsibilities. Unlike larger firms where tasks are siloed, this role offers variety and the chance to develop a diverse skillset.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Managing client administration across pensions, investments, and protection
- Preparing and processing documentation for new business and ongoing reviews
- Liaising with providers and clients to ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintaining accurate records on CRM and other back-office systems
- Supporting advisers and paraplanners with compliance and reporting tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in financial services administration (IFA or wealth management preferred)
- Ability to work self-sufficiently in a high-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Energy, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach – cultural fit is key!
