A growing financial planning firm is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Client Services Team Member to join their Wakefield office.
The Role:

Lead proactive client engagement via outbound calls before, during, and after adviser meetings.

Handle incoming client enquiries and ensure excellent outcomes.

Support adviser review scheduling and CRM management (Salesforce).

Liaise with providers to obtain plan and scheme information.

Assist in delivering client engagement campaigns and events.
Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience in customer service, ideally with outbound telephony focus.

Strong initiative, proactive mindset, and self-starter attitude.

Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Clear communication skills for client and internal liaison.
