Executive Assistant to Advisers

Location: Swindon (Hybrid after probation)
Salary: £27,000 + benefits
Hours: 35.5 hours per week (Mon–Thu 8:30–5, Fri 8:30–3)
Contract: Full-time, permanent

About the Firm

A well-established and growing wealth management firm based in Swindon is looking for a proactive and professional Executive Assistant to Advisers to join its friendly and supportive team. The business has a close-knit, family-oriented culture and prides itself on providing exceptional service to a loyal high-net-worth client base.

The Role

This position acts as the right-hand support to an Adviser, ensuring seamless client service, accurate documentation, and smooth operational processes.
It’s not a traditional PA role – it’s a client-focused, administrative and technical support role within a professional wealth management environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and finalise client meeting notes (via internal AI system) and produce client review letters within set timeframes.

  • Maintain and update CRM records and client files accurately.

  • Support Advisers by managing documentation, case submissions, and due diligence.

  • Work closely with internal support teams to ensure all client actions are completed efficiently.

About You

  • Highly organised with strong administrative and coordination skills.

  • Excellent communication and attention to detail.

  • Professional, friendly, and confident when liaising with clients.

  • Financial services experience helpful but not essential – full training provided.

  • A proactive, adaptable team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Working Pattern & Benefits

  • Hybrid working after 6-month office-based training (Mon–Wed office, Thu–Fri home).

  • 35.5-hour week with early finish Fridays.
