Job Title: Senior Administrator

Purpose of the Role:
Support advisers and paraplanners by managing complex administrative processes and ensuring a high standard of client service. The role suits someone experienced in financial services who enjoys working independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all stages of client administration, including pensions, investments, and protection.

Prepare and process new business, valuations, and client reports.

Liaise with advisers, providers, and clients to ensure smooth case progression.

Maintain accurate client data on internal systems and meet FCA compliance standards.

Prepare meeting packs and support advisers with follow-up actions.

Mentor and support junior administrators.

Contribute to process improvements and help streamline workflows.

Handle confidential information with professionalism and care.
Skills and Experience:

Experience within financial planning, wealth management, or financial services administration.

Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, and protection products.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Confident communicator, able to manage multiple priorities.

Proficient with Microsoft Office and financial software (e.g., Intelliflo, Xplan, or similar).

Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Desirable:

Progress toward a CII qualification or equivalent.

Experience mentoring others or leading small administrative teams.
