IFA Administrator – Financial Planning Practice – Hale (near Altrincham)
We are working with a growing and dynamic financial planning practice seeking an IFA Administrator to join their team. This role provides the opportunity to support advisers while developing your career through structured training and hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Support Client Managers and Wealth Strategists with client valuations, policy information, and new business applications.

Prepare accurate client packs for review meetings.

Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, answering queries and arranging review meetings.

Use research and planning systems (FE Analytics, Cashcalc, wrap platforms like Elevate, Abdrn, Transact).

Stay up-to-date with industry, compliance, and regulatory developments.

Collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients across the business.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a financial planning administrator.

Familiarity with pensions and investment products.

Strong organisation, multi-tasking ability, and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Intelligent Office, Selecta Pension, FE Analytics, Iress is desirable.
