Job Title: Financial Advisor (Pathway to Senior Management)
 

Location: Office-Based Initially – Gloucester
Salary: £50,000 – £75,000 (dependent on experience)
Minimum Qualification: Level 4 Diploma essential; Chartered status highly desirable

Due to continued growth and success, we are now seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Financial Advisor to join our team. This role offers a clear pathway to a senior management position for the right candidate.

The Role:

• Manage an existing portfolio of clients, providing ongoing advice and conducting annual reviews.

• Develop new business opportunities through professional connections and client referrals.

• Collaborate with a skilled support team to deliver technically accurate and compliant financial plans.

• Potentially step into a leadership role, guiding the direction of the business with the support of a capable team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Level 4 Diploma as a minimum qualification (Chartered status is highly desirable).

• At least 3 years of experience as a Financial Advisor within an independent or restricted practice.

• A proactive and enthusiastic approach, with strong interpersonal and client-facing skills.

• Ambition to grow into a senior management role, contributing to the evolution of the firm.
