Are you an experienced Financial Services / IFA Administrator looking to join a supportive and forward-thinking firm? We’re working with a well-established Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) practice based in Dorking that is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IFA Administrator to join their growing team.
The Role:
As an IFA Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting a team of Financial Advisers by ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of client business. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and processing new business applications and client reviews
- Liaising with providers and clients to obtain and update information
- Maintaining accurate client records using CRM systems
- Producing valuation reports and documentation for client meetings
- Supporting compliance and regulatory requirements
About You:
- Previous experience in an IFA or financial planning environment is essential
- Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, and protection products
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Intelligent Office)
