A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a successful Paraplanner to join a well-established Chartered Independent Financial Advisory (IFA) practice in Chester. The firm is growing and highly respected in the industry, providing a full financial planning service with the client at the centre of everything they do.

The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to support our Chartered financial planners. You will work in a supportive team environment where professional development and career progression are actively encouraged.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compile suitability reports for clients requiring investments, pensions, and protection solutions.

• Conduct product, fund, mortgage, and protection research to identify suitable solutions for clients.

• Work with investment/wrap platforms to manage client portfolios.

• Obtain illustrations, product information, and prepare application forms.

• Liaise with clients and providers to handle enquiries and resolve client queries.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Level 4 Diploma qualified, or well-progressed towards this qualification.

• Relevant experience within an independent financial advisory practice.

• Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.

• Good knowledge of pensions, investments, mortgage, and protection products.

• Experience with Wrap platforms, FE Analytics, and XPLAN is advantageous.
