• Independent Financial Adviser firm with £500M AUM and a client base of circa 2500.
• 18 advisers supported by a dedicated paraplanning team (10 paraplanners) – every adviser has direct paraplanning support.
• Leads generated through advanced online sources and web forensics – no need to bring a client bank.

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma qualified (minimum) – Chartered status is a bonus.
• Personable, professional, and passionate about developing long-term client relationships.
• Open to advisers at various experience levels – we’ve successfully onboarded younger advisers who adapt well to our processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute positively to team culture.
