Operations & Office Manager – Wealth Management
Location: Norwich (on-site)
Salary: Up to £45,000 (depending on experience)

A well-established, client-focused wealth management firm is looking for an Operations & Office Manager to lead its front of house, administration, and paraplanning teams. The business has built its reputation on relationships, transparency, and trust, serving over 1000 families, trusts, pension funds, and charities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage teams across client services, paraplanning, and front of house, embedding a collaborative, high-performance culture.

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, diary management, workflows, and facilities.

  • Maintain accurate client records on Intelligent Office and ensure compliance with FCA, AML, and KYC requirements.

  • Support advisers and paraplanners with research, suitability documentation, and client administration.

  • Drive process improvements and optimise workflows to maintain operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with advisers, directors, and senior managers to align operations with wider business strategy.

  • Oversee invoicing, income recording, and ensure financial administration accuracy.

  • Support marketing initiatives and help deliver client events.

  • Act as a role model for compliance, ensuring TCF and regulatory standards are embedded across the team.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous financial services/IFA operational management experience.

  • Proven track record in leading administration and paraplanning teams.

  • Excellent organisational, leadership, and client service skills.

  • Knowledge of FCA regulations, compliance, and governance.

  • Familiarity with Intelligent Office preferred.

  • Diploma in Financial Planning (Level 4) desirable.
