The Role
As part of the Client Support team, you’ll play a key role in supporting advisers and paraplanners to ensure clients receive a high-quality service. This is a varied, client-facing role, ideal for someone proactive, organised, and eager to make an impact within a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities

Booking and coordinating client meetings, preparing progress and valuation reports.

Liaising with providers to obtain information, letters of authority, and transfer of servicing.

Processing client applications in line with compliance requirements.

Handling telephone enquiries in a professional manner, acting as a positive first point of contact for clients.

Managing incoming post and general administration to support the wider team.

Taking ownership of tasks, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with colleagues and clients.
