Financial Services Administrator – Client Support
Location: Chester (Hybrid)
Salary: From £25,000 (DOE) + Benefits

A modern and forward-thinking financial advice firm is looking to appoint a Financial Services Administrator to join its growing team in Chester. The Role
As part of the Client Support team, you’ll play a key role in supporting advisers and paraplanners to ensure clients receive a high-quality service. This is a varied, client-facing role, ideal for someone proactive, organised, and eager to make an impact within a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Booking and coordinating client meetings, preparing progress and valuation reports.

  • Liaising with providers to obtain information, letters of authority, and transfer of servicing.

  • Processing client applications in line with compliance requirements.

  • Handling telephone enquiries in a professional manner, acting as a positive first point of contact for clients.

  • Managing incoming post and general administration to support the wider team.

  • Taking ownership of tasks, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with colleagues and clients.
