The Opportunity

This is a rare chance to join a fast-growing firm that’s scaling from 6–7 teams to 20. Founded by a successful broker, the business is directly authorised, unrestricted, and built around letting brokers do what they do best – advise.

• £35,000 basic salary
• Tiered commission: 30–50% based on performance
• Clear path to transition to self-employed if desired
• No evenings or weekends – office hours only (8:30-4:30 or 9:00-5:00)

• No admin – paraplanners handle case progression

What You’ll Be Doing

• Receive and manage high-quality leads
• Conduct initial calls, present terms, and complete research
• Pass cases to paraplanners for processing
• Advise across all mortgage types including bridging, development finance, equity release, and secured loans

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced brokerage
• Hungry, money-motivated, and able to keep up with demand
• Must live within 1 hour of the Surrey office
