Paraplanner – Hybrid | Salary: £30,000 – £45,000 DOE + Benefits

We’re looking for a Paraplanner to join a growing wealth management business. Whether you’re an experienced Paraplanner looking for a long-term career role, or a more junior candidate keen to progress towards becoming an adviser in the next 2–3 years, this is an excellent opportunity.

Role Overview:

  • Support advisers with research, report writing, and preparing client documentation.

  • Collaborate with a team of 5 paraplanners (including the Head of Paraplanning), administrators, and advisers in a flexible pod structure.

  • Provide accurate and compliant support across pensions, investments, and protection.

  • Contribute to annual reviews and ongoing client servicing.

  • Opportunity to progress into an Adviser role in the future if desired.

What we’re looking for:

  • A Paraplanner with strong organisational skills – doesn’t need to be highly technical.

  • Open to Diploma-qualified or those still working towards exams.

  • Previous experience in financial planning support preferred (IFA admin, trainee paraplanner, or paraplanner).

  • Team-oriented individual able to adapt to flexible working.

Package & Benefits:

  • Salary: £30,000 – £45,000 DOE & qualifications (Diploma holders ~£40k+)

  • Staff bonus (typically 5%)
