Client Service Manager – Key Responsibilities

This role plays a central part in supporting Financial Planners and ensuring clients receive a high standard of service.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling calls, emails, and in-person meetings.

  • Organise and prepare client meetings, including documentation, reports, and valuations.

  • Maintain accurate client files and back-office systems in line with compliance requirements.

  • Liaise with clients, providers, and advisers to progress new business and ongoing servicing.

  • Manage the Annual Review process, ensuring all client packs and follow-up actions are completed.

  • Support wider business functions, including events, communications, and general office administration.

  • Contribute to team meetings and provide regular management updates.
