Job Description
Are you a newly qualified Financial Adviser looking to take the next step in your career? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fully independent IFA firm, working exclusively with some exciting major corporate clients such as Facebook.
As a Junior Adviser, you’ll be servicing a portfolio of lower-end clients, helping them with their financial planning needs while developing your own advisory style. This is a brand-new role, so flexibility and a proactive mindset are key as you’ll help shape the programme alongside the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide financial advice to a portfolio of clients
- Build strong relationships and deliver excellent client service
- Support the development of the advisory programme
- Work closely with the COO and wider team of IFAs and administrators
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge through CPD and further qualifications
Requirements
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (DipFA or equivalent) – essential
- Ideally academy-trained
- Strong sales and communication skills
- Confident in client-facing situations
- Sociable, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in a small, entrepreneurial team
