Hours: Full-time, flexible between 8am–7pm

As an Employee Benefits Administrator, you’ll work closely with Consultants to support corporate clients, focusing primarily on group pensions while also gaining exposure to other employee benefits.
- Preparing quotes and reports for group pensions
- Supporting Consultants with new business and annual reviews
- Liaising with clients and insurers on schemes, claims, and underwriting
- Handling client queries and scheme administration
To be considered for this position:
- 3+ years’ experience in group pensions
- Strong organisational and client communication skills
- Progress towards financial services exams (support provided)
