Paraplanner Manager 
Coggeshall, some hybrid working available 
£50,000 – £60,000 

A highly respected national Financial Planning firm is seeking a Paraplanner Manager to take on a key role within the business. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and technically strong Paraplanner to step into a leadership position, overseeing a small paraplanning team across the Group while remaining hands-on with complex technical work.

The role:

• Provide high-quality technical paraplanning support to a team of 13 advisers across multiple locations
• Oversee and mentor a small team of paraplanners, ensuring consistency and quality of output
• Manage workflow across a pooled support structure, coordinating with advisers and administrators
• Take the lead on more complex cases, including pensions and investments
• Contribute to process improvements and best practice across the technical function

What’s needed:

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning, ideally Chartered status
• Strong technical paraplanning experience with pensions and investments knowledge
• Previous experience mentoring or leading paraplanners would be advantageous
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to balance technical work with team oversight responsibilities
