Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Account Handler to support a dynamic team of Account Executives. This is an administrative-heavy role working on commercial insurance accounts with premiums up to £5,000 GWP. The position offers exposure across all policy types, making it ideal for candidates from any class of business background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts (up to £5k GWP)
- Handle day-to-day policy administration including renewals, mid-term adjustments, and documentation
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless client service delivery
- Liaise with insurers and underwriters as needed to process and resolve policy queries
- Maintain accurate records and data using the company’s systems
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar insurance support or handling role
- Knowledge and understanding of commercial insurance products across any class of business
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively within a team-focused environment
- Acturis system experience is a significant advantage
