Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Account Handler to support a dynamic team of Account Executives. This is an administrative-heavy role working on commercial insurance accounts with premiums up to £5,000 GWP. The position offers exposure across all policy types, making it ideal for candidates from any class of business background.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts (up to £5k GWP)
  • Handle day-to-day policy administration including renewals, mid-term adjustments, and documentation
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless client service delivery
  • Liaise with insurers and underwriters as needed to process and resolve policy queries
  • Maintain accurate records and data using the company’s systems

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar insurance support or handling role
  • Knowledge and understanding of commercial insurance products across any class of business
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively within a team-focused environment
  • Acturis system experience is a significant advantage
