Paraplanning Administrator | £28,000–£32,000 | Bristol | Office-Based | Financial Services

We’re recruiting on behalf of a growing, Bristol-based wealth management firm that has created a new Paraplanning Administrator role due to continued expansion. With the adviser team and their client base growing significantly, the business is now strengthening its back-office operations to ensure continued high-quality client service.

You’ll be joining a busy and collaborative team environment, supporting the onboarding of new clients and ensuring smooth processing of new business applications. The current admin function consists of a Team Leader, a part-time administrator, and an intern. This new role will bolster the back-office and provide valuable support to a team of five Paraplanners.

This is an ideal opportunity for either a career administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment or someone looking to progress toward a Paraplanner role in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing new business applications accurately and efficiently

  • Liaising with providers and advisers to ensure timely onboarding

  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation

  • Supporting the wider Paraplanning team with administrative tasks

  • Handling client documentation and correspondence with attention to detail

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong experience in financial services administration, particularly new business processing

  • Solid understanding of financial products including pensions, investments, and protection

  • Confident working independently and managing competing priorities

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and thrive in a high-paced environment

Salary and Benefits:

  • £28,000–£32,000 depending on experience

  • Group Life Cover and Income Protection from day one

  • Additional benefits available after probation including Private Medical Insurance, Health Cash Plan, and Cycle to Work scheme

  • Pension scheme with up to 5% employer contribution (matched via salary exchange)

  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, a day off for your birthday, and a day for charity or community work

If you’re looking to be part of a fast-growing firm where you can make a meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from you.
