Are you an experienced Financial Planning Administrator looking for your next move?
We’re working with a reputable and supportive financial planning firm looking to add an IFA Administrator to their growing team. You’ll play a key role supporting Financial Planners and Paraplanners with high-quality administrative support to ensure clients receive a seamless and professional service.
Key Responsibilities:

Process new business applications across pensions, investments, and protection

Liaise with providers and clients to gather documentation and ensure cases progress smoothly

Prepare and maintain accurate client records and reports using industry systems

Support with client onboarding, valuations, annual reviews and meeting preparation

Maintain compliance standards in line with FCA guidelines
What You’ll Need:

Previous experience in a financial planning / IFA admin role

Strong organisational and communication skills
-
Familiarity with industry platforms and CRM systems (e.g. Intelliflo, Xplan, etc.)

A proactive and detail-focused mindset
