IFA Administrator – Leeds – up to £35,000 (Flexible Working Options)

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive IFA Administrator to join our growing financial planning team in Leeds. You’ll play a crucial role in supporting our Independent Financial Advisers and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an Administrator with a passion for financial services to contribute to a collaborative and client-focused environment. You’ll be instrumental in providing comprehensive administrative support, helping our advisers deliver top-tier financial planning solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities

Processing new business applications and managing existing client accounts.

Preparing client documentation, including illustrations, valuations, and review packs.

Liaising with product providers and third parties to obtain necessary information.

Maintaining accurate client records and updating CRM systems (experience with Intelliflo is a plus!).

Handling client queries efficiently and professionally, both verbally and in writing.

Supporting advisers with diary management and meeting preparation.

Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures.
What We’re Looking For

A minimum of 2 years of experience in an IFA administration role or similar within financial services.

Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

A proactive and adaptable approach to work.

A genuine desire to deliver outstanding client service.

Knowledge of pensions, investments, and financial planning processes is highly desirable.
